200 grams flour
4 dl milk
0.5 tsp sugar
0.25 tsp salt
In a bowl, or blender, add eggs, mil, salt, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix or blend, while slowly adding the flour.
Store in the fridge for an hour or more, and mix it very gently with a spoon,just before baking the pancakes. Make them very thin at relatively high heat on a non stick pan using butter.
