If you have read the earlier post I wrote about the experiment of running 20 minutes 7 days a week, you know that I was trying this out for a while. I mostly made it 5 days a week, and then had to take a few days off. A few weeks ago, I realized that for me this was not doable, my knees got more and more soar, and it looked like a recipe for disaster. I took a few weeks off and am now back to running 3 times a week.
