I planned to get up early, like at 5.45 am, but at 7.45 where I checked the iPhone, I discovered that the alarm had been going for a while. Weird.
Breakfast at the local cafe, and then got the walk started. Ahead of me was 22 km. It became a day in absolutely beautiful surroundings. And honestly, it was over before I knew it. Tired yes, but not exhausted. The break I took the day before definitely helped.
