Quite interesting, my Garmin watch has this idea that I’m able to run a 5K, in my opinion, pretty fast. Trina and I have been training three times a week, since September 1 and on December 31 we are in a 5K race.
Because of knee problems I have not been running for the last three years and I’m still only finding my way back in there slowly, one day at a time. Things are going well though doing a lot of exercises on the side, helps me a lot.
